Is a utility to lauch other utilities from one place. No need to make an extra
plugin for every small utility.
Very interesting for small exe files.
A setup.exe would also be possible from within the AppLaunch utility, this would not bring much in BartPE, if the utility should write data to the registry.
For adding extra applications see the AppLaunch.ini file structure on how to
add your own files to it.
