Homebrewery Sint Canarus is one of the smallest breweries in Belgium, situated Downtown Gottem, near Deinze, between Gent and Bruges and Kortrijk. We are a small but exciting family-brewery, with excellent beers. Dr Canarus is the brewer, his wife Pascale is in charge of the labeling and packing.

Our capacity is about 8 hl per brew. Most of the beer
is sold in the region. The kegs are delivered by
beer-bike.
Every sunday between 10:30 and 21:00 you can visit our brewery and taste that wonderfull homemade stuff. We also take groups of at least 20 persons for a private brewery visit.
Beside our regulars Sint Canarus Tripel, Potteloereke, Pére Canard and Maeght van Gottem, we are proud to collaborate with a young and promising brewer Brian Strumke, founder of Stillwater Artisanal Ales (Baltimore, USA) for the production of Stillwater Artisanal Saison Darkly.
