Our Gallery owners just moved here from Zimbabwe last year. (Roy Guthrie and Marcey Mushore).
They are known for their fine art stone sculpture and carry a history reaching back over 30 years with regard to the promotion and encouragement of Shona stone sculpture in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Currently this is the 1st Gallery in North America.
Zimbabwean stone and tools for sculptors
We also sell Zimbabwean stone and tools for sculptors.
We also fly in Master Sculptors from Zimbabwe to teach stone sculpture workshops outside of our gallery in the spring and summer.
Chapungu also is known for our extraordinary Botanic Garden Tours.
(This May we will be exhibiting at the Botanic Gardens in St. Louis, Missouri).
In August we hope to have a 28 acre Sculpture Park completed here in Loveland.
It will have 80 pieces.
