It was sold in Paris on 7 June for 176 910 € .

In the same auction, with Bernard de Grunne as expert in charge, there is a very good Senufo female figure, estimated 7-10,000 euros. It sold for 10,884 € That is a steal for that price!

Another Fang statue from Gabon sold on 7 April for 408.500 euros, with Paul Guillaume as pedigree. The buyer certainly didn't pay to much seen the quality.

Many major pieces from Han Coray where once bought from Paul Guillaume, the biggest african art dealer from before the first World War, with an important exhibition on African art in 1917.
