In 2005 Fish set out on the Return to Childhood tour across Europe and South America (including festival shows in front of 200,000 in Den Haag). For the first time in nearly twenty years he was to perform in its entirety Marillion’s 1985 masterpiece Misplaced Childhood.

Recorded in Tilburg, Holland in November 2005 the ‘Return To Childhood’ concert was in two halves. The first taking on solo gems from the Fish catalogue including Big Wedge and an epic version of Credo and the second performing Misplaced Childhood in its entirety with the added extras of Marillion favourites Market Square Heroes and Incommunicado.

The classic 1985 Misplaced Childhood album featured the international hit singles Kayleigh and Lavender. It is a record that Marillion fans have always held close to their hearts and Fish has had countless requests over the years to include the entire record in his live set.
