22/09/2007 : At the international dogshow in Oostende Buffy wins open class. 20/09/2007 : Buffy is in season again, and she will be bred shortly. 02/09/2007 : Today at the international dogshow in Luxemburg Buffy wins open class, obtaining the CAC and the RCACIB, out of 100 newfies. Second best female out of 100 newfies is quite an achievement ! 01/09/2007 : A big hug and kisses for Buffy, it's her 4th birthday today ! Hip Hip Hurray ! 18/08/2007 : At the international dogshow in Mechelen, Buffy was placed 3rd in open class. Judge was Mrs Gothen from Denmark. 15/08/2007 : Today Linus arrived at Fearless Bears. His a Norwegian champion and will stay in Belgium for a while. Thanks Solvi for sending us over this lovely boy. 04/08/2007 :Today at the dogshow in Leuven, Buffy won open class. Judge was Mrs Rosier from Switzerland. 01/08/2007 : We all had a wonderfull time Spain, with Luis & Noelia and of course on the magnificent beaches of the Costa Verde. We met a lot of new dogs, and some family of Noa and Luna. Photo's will follow soon on our website ! 23/07/2007 : Today we left for a small vacation in Asturias, Spain and to meet our dear friends Luis & Noelia from Rain Coast newfies again after such a long time. 22/07/2007 : At the international dogshow in Liege, Buffy won RCAC. A pity because she only needs one CAC for her Belgian Championship. Hopefully we will have more luck next time. 22/06/2007 : At the international dogshow in Brussels, Buffy was placed 2nd in open class. Judge was Inge Artsoe from Denmark. 20/06/2007 : Happy birthday to Noa ! It is her 2nd birthday today. 24/04/2007 : Today Lenny became father of 3 lovely female puppies at Etoile de Cyrice Newfoundlands in France. Congratulations to mama Toons and Joëlle Mauguy. 18/04/2007 : Buffy is in season and will be bred very soon by a beatiful young male with an excellent pedigree. Photos will follow soon. 16/03/2007 : Buffy was Top Bitch for 2006 of the Belgian Newfoundland Club. She even got the highest overall score, due to winning 4 BOB's in 2006. Even the champion newfies did not do better. What an achievement ! 09/03/2007 : Another birthday today : our Luna blew 4 candles. 05/03/2007 : Hip Hip hurray for Buddy : he became 8 today. Officially he is now a veteran but sometimes he still thinks he is a puppy ! 03/03/2007 : Today we went to the vet for a doppler test of Buffy's heart. Good news : she is completely free of any heart disease. 25/02/2007 : Good news from Spain : at the International Dog Show in Valladolid,Tina (Rain Coast Passion for Newfies of Enyan Shadow) obtains RCAC/RCACIB. She is a daughter of Luna and a full sister to our Noa. No need to say we are proud of this little girl at her first show in Spain. Congratulations to Luis & Noelia and Enrique & Ana ! 15/02/2007 : Buffy's cystinuria test came back : she is free from cystinuria. 10/02/2007 : Excellent news from Spain : Noa's sister Tina is A in hips, her brother Ziro has a B. . 04/02/2007 : Another great win for Buffy ! At the International Dog Show in Eindhoven, she becomes BOB again out of 54 entered newfies ! This is her 5th BOB in 6 shows. What a result ! 01/01/2007 : We wish everyone a very happy new year and hope Buffy will obtain her international and Belgian championship this year. 09/12/2006 : Today Buffy won her 4th BOB of this year ! At the International dog show in Genk, Buffy won BOB out of 50 newfies ! We are so proud of Buffy ! Hopefully she will continue these great results in the next year. 10/10/2006 Today Els Wouters gave birth to a healthy baby boy, named Floris. Congratulations to Els & Guy and big hugs from all of us (including the newfies). Compared to this good news, all results of the previous dog shows seem so unimportant. Of course we all hope little Floris will have the same genes as his mam and dad and that he will love newfies ! 08/10/2006 : A third BOB for Buffy in 3 months ! At the international dogshow in Charleroi, she wins BOB out of 37 newfies (which was the largest breed entry in the show). She now has 3 Belgian CC, only 1 more to go to become Belgian Champion. 20/08/2006 : When we thought we could not do better then last show, Buffy wins BOB, Best of Group and 8th BIS out of more than 1200 dogs. Useless to say that we were very very happy with this result ! 22/07/2006 : At the International Dogshow in Liege, Buffy becomes BOB out of 33 Newfies and in the Group placement she obtains 3rd place. There were 359 dogs in Group 2 of which Buffy was 3rd. We really thrilled with this result. 01/07/2006 : At the Clubmatch of the Haspengouwse Kynologen Vereniging, Lenny became BOB breed and was placed 2nd in the Group. Good job Lenny ! 26/06/2006 : We decided which dog is going to breed Buffy in the fall. Come back in a few weeks to see the future pedigree of the puppies. 25/06/2006 : At the Dog Show in Brussels, Buffy was 3rd in open class. Since there was rather strong competition, we were quite pleased with this result. 20/06/2006 : Today is Noa's first birthday. Instead of blowing candles, she ate a big big bone that got her all dirty. Seems like it tasted ! 11/06/2006 : At the International Dog Show in Lommel Buffy was placed 2nd in open class. 29/05/2006 : No puppies for Luna this time. We'll try again in October. 20/05/2006 : Today Buffy was placed 3rd in open class bitches at the Dogshow in Wieze. 08/05/2006 : Yesterday Buffy was 2nd in open class bitches at the Europasieger Show in Dortmund. Lenny was also placed 2nd in open class, judged by Sören Wesseltoft. 30/04/2006 : Luna's sister Rain Coast Juliet's a lady is now Grand Champion of Colombia and Champion of the Americas and Caribbean. Congratulations to her owners and to Luis & Noelia who bred her ! 29/04/2006 : Luna was to bred by Lenny. In a couple of weeks we will know if she is pregant. Sometimes he still acts like a 7 month old puppy. 26/01/2006 : At the International dogshow in Moeskroen, Buddy wins RCACIB in champion class, Buffy was placed 3rd in open class and Noa participated in her first show. She was very much impressed by all the other dogs, people and noise. So she stills needs quite a lot of showtraining. 26/11/2005 : At the Eurodogshow in Kortrijk, Buffy is placed 3rd in open class. Judge was Mr Klaus Rücker from Germany. 19/11/2006 : Buffy wins open class out of 19 bitches at the National Specialty in Belgium, judge was Mr Piet Roosenboom. 15/09/2005 : We welcome our newest addition to our kennel : Noa is her name and she is absolutely adorable. Check out her page for her pedigree and pictures. 01/09/2005 : Today's Buffy's second birthday. Hip hip Hurray for Buffy ! 14/08/2005 : Buddy & Luna are back home again. We are very happy to have them back in our home ! We also took a litle holiday in Spain. 24/07/2005 : Buffy went to the Gold Cup in DK with her co-owner Els Wouters and they had a really good time. The first day Buffy was selected among the 9 best bitches in intermediate class (out of 24 bitches) and the second day she was placed 2nd in intermediate class and received a CQ for the Gold Cup Final. Way to go Buffy ! See photo's and the judge report on Buffy's page. 20/06/2005 : Luna has 7 healthy puppies ! More info will follow later ! 25/5/2005 : Excellent news from Spain : Luna is really pregnant. On the ultrasound the vet saw at least 4 puppies. 3/4/2005 : It is a real pitty the puppy sitting weekend is over. They were soo cute and adorable ! 1/4/2005 : Today 3 puppies of Lenny come to stay for the weekend. We will babysitt (or should I say puppysitt) while their breeder Els Wouters is away for the weekend. Pictures will follow real soon. Come back and check them out. 24/03/2005 : Today at the International Dog Show in Luxemburg, Buffy was 4th in Intermedia class. Since she is still very young, we were pleased with the result. 13/03/2005 : Today Buddy left again for Spain to spend some time with our dear friends Luis & Noelia. We know he will get excellent care of there, but we will miss him very much in the mean time. 09/03/2005 : Happy birthday to Luna. She is 2 years today and we miss her a lot since she momentarily living with friends in Portugal. We hope she does well over there and she will come back with a very nice puppy. 05/03/2005 : Today is Buddy's 6th birthday. In Belgium he is a veteran now, but he still feels like a puppy... 24/02/2005 : We have a lot of new plans and a lot of exciting news, so check out our website in the following weeks in order to find out ! 20/02/2005 : Luna's official hip results have arrived : she got a B. We are very pleased with this result ! In the meanwhile she will go to some shows in Portugal. 23/01/2005 : Luna's first show in Spain : at the National Specialty in Spain, she was 4th in Open Class (out of 20 bitches), judged by Mrs Griffa from Italy. 26/12/2004 : Buddy's first show in Champion class. At the Christmas show in Tienen, he won BOB and he took second place of group 2. 11/12/2004 : Today Buffy was 1st in Young Class at the International dog show in Brussels. She is now officially Brussels Junior Winner. 6/11/2004 : After Quint & Jack last year, Lucky crossed the rainbow bridge today. She was not even 4 years old. We will miss her very much. When she came to us, we had so many plans for her, but life had others. Bye bye Lucky, you were our first girl. You will always be special to us. 27/10/2004 : Noelia & Luis went for official hip x-rays with Luna and she will be A or B. What wonderfull news ! 23/10/2004 : Today Luna went to Luis & Noelia at Rain Coast Kennels. She will have her first litter there and do some shows. We will miss her very much, because she is very special to us, but we hope she will have nice puppies over there and we wish here a lot of success at the shows ! 26/9/2004 : Buffy's first show at Niederkrüchten. She did great and she won ! She also became best young dog ! This looks promising for her future show career. Congrats to Els Wouters who handled her today ! We hope he was the first of many champions ! 1/9/2004 : Hip Hip Hurray for Buffy, she blew out her first candle today ! 23/08/2004 : Buffy started her show training today. Our little girl did very well today ! 19/7/2004 : We just got back from the Gold Cup in Denmark. Luna got very good critics. Read them on her page. Judge was Mr De Giuliani from Italy. 26/6/2004 : At the International dog show in Genk, Buddy won his last CACIB for this international Championship, judged by Mr Selimovic from Croatia. Today we had to say goodbye to Jack at the age of six. Far too young to leave us, he has left us heartbroken. We will never forget his wonderfull temperament and his love for us ! Goodbye Jack ! 26/6/2003 : No puppies for Lucky. We will try again next time. 15/5/2003 : A very sad day for us. Today our oldest Newfy Quint crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the age of eleven. Although we know he had a good life as our pet dog, it was hard to say goodbye. He will always have a special place in our hearts. 2/5/2003 : Today Buddy came back from Spain ! He was accompanied by his daughter, Rain Coast Just Something Special for Anchor Point. She is co-owned by Luis and Noelia and we call her Luna. We hope he will be with us for many years to come. 7/4/2002 : Congratulations to Joëlle Mauguy ! : Peddler of Dream de l'Etoile de Cyrice (nephew to Lucky) became Best in Show at the International Dog Show in Antwerpen. 18/2/2002 : Sad news from Patrick & Maria : Twillin Gate Pharlap (Buddy's father) and Twillin Gate O'Scarlett Ohara crossed the rainbow bridge at the ages of 11 and 12 years. Everyone who knew these two marvelous dogs, will agree with us, that this is a great loss. 17/02/2002 : Today Buddy was placed 2nd out of 18 open class males at the International Dog Show in Hoogstraten.
