• Electric oven with 3 or 4 decks, oven doors made of tempered glass each one equipped with an opening lever.
• Independent Baking decks with ceiling and bed plate each controlled separately by an electronic thermostat.
• Refractory cement sole with metallic net frame.
• Electric immersion heating coils.
• Powerful steam generator for an abundant steam supply.
• Stainless steel oven front, external panelling in baked enamel galvanized sheet.
• Electromechanical control panel with push buttons or digital computerized electronic panel.
• Electric heating.

Options:
• With economizer that reduces installed power requirements by appr. 50%.
• Front in special stainless 'linen web'.
• External panelling in stainless steel 18/8
