We check our mails at least twice a day and will confirm when your order is ready to be picked up.
Call us to find out whether your item is in stock.
When it is busy we prefer to first help our patients in the pharmacy but leave a message and we will get back to you.
We of course prefer to help you in the pharmacy.
Can you only pick up your ordered items after hours?
We will put your items for which we provided advice in one of our e-lockers and send you a text message with your access code.
