-          Definition of  a weekly arrangement?
The weekly arrangements are valid for a stay from Saturday 6 p.m. to Saturday 9 a.m. (7 nights)

-          Is the cleaning included?
The sheets and the final cleaning are not included. For a supplement of 50 € we can take care of the final cleaning. If the guest wishes to do the final cleaning him or herself, he/she should leave the rented accommodation in the state he/she found it on arrival. Complaints about the cleanliness of the rented accommodation, if any, should be made on the day of arrival.

-          Are there other extra charges?
No. Charges for water and gas  are included. Only electricity is charged (teller)

-          How to confirm a reservation?
Reservations are guaranteed after payment of the deposit of 125 €.
The payment of the balance of the booking is always due on arrival.

-          What  about guarantee?
The guest should pay a guarantee of 125 €. This guarantee will be refunded after departure in the next 7 days. Any damage done to the rented accommodation will be withheld from this guarantee. The lack of cleaning of the rented accommodation will also be considered as damage. Should the guarantee paid be insufficient to cover, the guest must pay the rest within 30 days after receipt of the bill.
