Villa situated in a rural environment, in a street with limited traffic, at 1300 m from the beach.
	The guest room is equipped with a double bed and a sofa-bed (for 2 persons). The guest room is equipped with a washbasin, towels, hairdryer, television, heating, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler (coffee, tea and instant soup included), tableware, radio clock, table and chairs.
	Large bathroom, centrally located, equipped with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
	The upper floor (where the guest room is located) is a non-smoking area. Smoking is authorised on the first floor.
	Animals are not allowed. Thanks for your comprehension.
	A large terrace oriented to the south.
	A bicycle shed is available on request.
	Private parking place for 2 cars.
	The hostess offers a varied breakfast in the sunny kitchen: a delicious buffet with fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, croissants, buns, coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. Breakfast can be served on the terrace or in the garden when the weather is fine.
	Free WIFI in the guest room.
	Extensive tourist- and cultural information about Bredene and Oostende. A lot of tourist brochures are at your disposal.
	Oostende and Brugge are located at respectively 6 and 27 km.
	When arriving by train (Oostende railway station), a bus can bring you up to 300 m from our residence (10 minutes from Oostende railway station). If desired we can pick you up the first time. Please inform us beforehand.
	Plenty travel and bicycle routes in the neighbourhood.
	Credit cards are not accepted.

Tariff (“high season” - from 2 nights):  
47 euro / night for a 1 person room
57 euro / night for a 2 persons room (price for 2 persons)
72 euro / night for a 3 persons room (price for 3 persons)
90 euro / night for a 4 persons room (price for 4 persons)

Breakfast and all facilities are included.
No minimum stay, but a 13 euro surcharge per room required for one night's stay.

High season:
Juli - August - September, holidays, long weekends.

Reductions: 
A stay during low season: a reduction of 5 euro per night.
Person younger than 12 years: a reduction of 5 euro per person (< 12 y) per night.
A stay longer than 7 nights: a reduction of 5 euro per night.
