Her preparations start weeks in advance.

When Liesbeth arrives from work on Friday evening, the work starts again.

She prepares the Saturday meal, gives the early birds a supper and bakes some delicious waffles for the jam session.

At about 1 a.m. she stops all activities as there is a lot of work waiting on Saturday.

The next day starts at 7 a.m.

She keeps on working until late at night.

Aren't there 20 hungry mouths, waiting for breakfast, aperitif, lunch and dinner?

Sunday evening, at about 4 p.m. she can rest. Everything goes back to normal.
