The bible for VHF ! Without it, you cant’ claim you are a VHF-devoted amateur…

Amplificateurs VHF a triodes; Eric Champion; F5MSL; ISBN 2-9510740-3-4; SRC Editions :

 

A very detailed description of the GI7B amplifier on 2m. Also a very good theoretical chapter in it. This book is a must for those who haven’t build a PA before.

 

Koaxialrohren und Topfkreise; Wolfgang Borschel; DK2DO ; ISBN 3-88629-033-1; DARC Verlag GmbH :

All the theory you need for triodes and also some practical examples. Also a lot of examples on calculation of circuits.

Electronic communication systems; George Kennedy; ISBN 0-07-Y66362-9; McGraw-Hill Book Company :

 

Student edition. Very basic but not less important.

VHF/UHF Antennas; Ian Poole; G3YWX; ISBN 1-872309-76-3; RSGB :

Basic theory an practical examples of antennas. Very complete.

Very useful for the latest evolutions on VHF and microwaves
