 Leonardo da VinciBridgebuilding is a partner of a European Union project in the context of the Leonardo da Vinci programme – from 2004 to 2007. The JANUS project develops tools for trainers and developers of transnational training programmes. A cooperation between thirteen companies (five countries, six languages and two alphabets). Shop floor oriented Intercultural training and consulting are mainly aimed at the world of management, marketing and communication. There are far less resources available for the world of technical training in an intercultural context. Therefore the JANUS project puts emphasis on technical training in an intercultural context. During the first project stage JANUS develops easy-to-use diagnostic tools. As playful as possible. For example playing cards to be used for defining the intercultural profile of trainees. Later on JANUS wil develop checklists and tips for technical training in an intercultural context. |
