TW lived for the first five years of his life in Hollywood. Afterwards he moved with his family to Bethesda, Maryland.

On the age of 11 his parents divorced and he was practically completely raised alone by his mother. He doesn't see his father a lot.
During high-school TW followed acting lessons on the Tisch School of the Arts, and he tried to get a grade in movie directing. Later he worked for two years as film editor and producer for Walnut Park Productions, before he got his first acting role, a guest role on "Tour of Duty". After several different roles, he got his own top show "Timecop". After 9 episodes the show was cancelled. After a small part in the X-files, he landed on the set of Charmed. But only for one season. Now you find him in the TV show "General Hospital".
TW also has worked in several theater productions. For the moment he has a own theater company and produces several plays.
In spite of all this work, he studies now Muay Thai Boxing and supports several benefits like LA based One Voice and the Make a Wish foundation.

TW plays the role of "Andy Trudeau" in the tv show Charmed.After one season he is written out the show for personal reasons. In the story he grew up as a kid together with the sisters. Later he became a detective of the police. As a cop he's trying to find out what's so special about these sisters and where the link excists between them and a lot of unsolved murders. He has a short relationship with Prue. She ends this after she casted a truth spell to find out what he feels about a relation with a witch. At the end of season one, he was killed by a demon sended by Tempus.
