Dorian is born in Washington DC and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, until his nineth year, when his family moved to Los Angeles, California. Dorian is diabetic since nine years old. Dorian plays already the bass guitar since basic school. His musical talent made him a very good DJ and he had his own DJ/MC company together with some friends. Once graduated in "Broadcasting and television production", he started producing some local bands for music and video demo's. He sang on some songs of them. While studying he began to apply for actor on commercial spots. Since than his interests started to change. He took acting lessons, and followed workshops. To be able to pay his bills, he started with several jobs, personal fittness trainer, doorkeeper and DJ in local nightclubs at North Hollywood and "the Valley". Soon after he finded an agent, he started to get jobs in several advertising commercials, music video's (even one with Michael Jackson) and started modelling for sports clothes. Finally he gets jobs in soaps and TV shows, still maintaining his job on the nightclubs. His first important role was in "Baywatch", which was a trigger to many guest roles in important tv shows. At the same time he worked as a host on the weekly radio show "the cigar show". He has a own kickboxing video workout, named "Kick-It", and posed as model for various calenders and studio jobs. He also does alot for "good benefits". He is speaksman for the American Diabetes Association, and also for Project LA, Special Olympics, Mothers against Drunk Driving, and the Jeopardy program, sponsored by the LA police. Dorian has Type 1 or Juvenile Diabetes himself. In 1998 he toke the role of dedective Darryl Morris in Charmed and is still acting this part till present. Last year, in 2002, he became a co-host for the "The Other Half" show on NBC. He has a own musicband, named MD Says, a hiphop band (his sisters plays in it too). Dorian plays "Daryl Morris" in the TV show Charmed. He plays the role of a cop, colleague of Andy Trudeau. At first he is very critical at the findings of Andy about the sisters. But later in the show, he finds out that they are witches and even becomes friend of the family. He uses their abilities to solve crimes. And helps them also where he can. Dorian is colourblind.
