I decided to put Eric in this cast section, because he appeared already different times on the Charmed Show, as Jason, the boss of the network station, where Phoebe works.
He appeared during the fifth season. Phoebe falls in love with him, and vice versa. Though that the relation is very difficult, Jason travels a lot, they manage to stand. Phoebes new empath power, shows her that his feelings are true.

Jason's father was an architect and interior designer in San Fransisco. His mother took care of the children.
He followed amateur stage work while growing up. But was more into athletics during high school. He started by playing Joe Keller in "All my Sons" a theater show. And realized that acting was all he wanted to do.
Jason moved then to LA, did the film "Serving in Silence: The Margarethe Cammermeyer story" at the side of Glenn Close.

Dane is describing a relatively "organic" way of acting, meaning that he uses his own personality and experiences -- in ways that might be evident to people who know him -- in his characters.
