My favourite "Halliwell". She had to fight hard to get on top. She always stayed herself, no fassy bragging. She helps friends where she can and is doing a lot of work for charity. Her father Tom is a musician (film music, composer) and her mother Lin is a fashion designer, who is running now the website Safesearching.com. Alyssa was born in Brooklyn. As a little girl, she was dragged by her nanny to an open audition for the musical "Annie". She defeated 1500 other kids and snagged the role of July, one of the orphans. Since her role in "who's the boss" as Tony Danza's daughter, Samantha Micelli, she stole my heart. She likes animals and has recorded 5 albums which where released in Japan, all of them had a platinum sale record. From the age of 8, she acted in several musicals. Because of here acting in "who's the boss" the family had to move 3000 miles away to Hollywood, where she still lives.
UNICEF asked in 2003 at Alyssa if she would like to become a worldwide ambassador. This because she already did a lot of volunteer work and benefits for children. Her first trip was to Angola, Africa, in 2004 to view the problems herself that excists in that country. In June 2005 Alyssa went to India for UNICEF and visited the parts of the country that were hit by the tsunami. Alyssa focusses mainly on the education for the poor children and tries to talk to people how important it is to protect themselves against AIDS.
Alyssa has also a very succesfull internet company together with her mother, www.safesearching.com. Her own website, www.alyssa.com is part of safesearching, and has an average of 120.000 hits a month.

Alyssa plays "Phoebe Halliwell" in the TV show Charmed. Together with her sisters, she is a charmed-one and fights against demons, warlocks, ghosts, black witches etc.
