really cheaply, Easyjet, Ryanair and even BA. Go onto their web
sites and research how much this will cost, give the dates and prices and
copy and paste this onto a word processing document.

town. Give details and prices and copy and paste this into a word

==> This is for the clever ones.
Currency – prices of the hotels and the food is
likely to be in euros or UK pounds (£).
Find a currency converter site and change
the sterling price to euro.
You will now have a list of flights, hotels, eateries, a map and places
where you can enjoy yourself.
Put a memo heading onto the top this, just to make it official.
Even though they are your mates unless they have this information written down
they just start to argue about prices.
