Avengers #1 VG- CGC copy #3 pretty book (missing small chip out of the corner of the back cover).
This is basically a VG/VG+ that dropped a grade because of the small blemish on the back. Excellent eye-appeal

Avengers #1 VG CGC 4.0copy #4 Nice mid-grade, very solid and tight book. This one got the near-perfect page designation of OW/W which is almost impossible to find on lower grade early Silver Age keys

Avengers #4 VG Book would grade in the VF range but for some scruffing/tearing at the lower left corner. Shame about this as the rest of the book is great, but this does lower the price significantly.
First SA Captain America . Avengers #1 & #4 are THE books that will jump in price/value over the next 18 months. They are currently undervalued and will pop due to the Captain America and Avengers movies being released in 2010 and 2011.

Avengers #4 FINE- 5.5 This was my personal copy for years. Excellent looking book but lowered in grade due to some extra staples that were removed but left little pinholes in the cover. Book was and is a keeper due to the excellent eye-appeal, but I’ve recently upgraded to a VF.

Avengers #4 FINE/FINE- Excellent looking book with minimal cover wear and ow/w pages. Minor edge rumpling/soiling and slight chipping and that's about it. Very vivid colours on this one.
Probably the last affordable grade before prices skyrocket in the FINE+ range.

Amazing Spider-man #10 VG- Very Early SA Ditko book. Guide is nearly $200 for this book, lower spine split but still firmly attached to top staple +tape. Still in excellent shape for the grade and at almost 50% guide.
Price $130 SOLD
Amazing Spider-Man #121 FINE- Death of Gwen Stacy . Super Bronze-age Key.
Price $55
Amazing Spider-Man #121 VF- Death of Gwen Stacy . Super Bronze-age Key. Price $95 SOLD
Amazing Spider-Man #121 VF/NM Death of Gwen Stacy. Super Bronze-age Key. One of the nices copies of this book I have ever owned, very very few flaws, excellent color, perfect centering, one little non-colorbreaking crease at bottom left. But alas there is a discoloration spot on the back cover made my moisture. Paper quality hasn't suffered and it hasn't gone through the book, but it's there and could knock the book down a full grade.
Price $150
Amazing Spider-Man #122 FINE+ Death of Green Goblin. Super Bronze-age Key.
Price $55
Amazing Spider-Man #300 FINE+ 1st appearance of Venom. Classic Mc Farlane cover+storySince Amazing Spider-Man #252, Spider-Man has had a black costume. Fantastic Four #10 6.5 FINE+ Very early Marvel in mid-grade, first ever cross-over, DR Doom. Very nice looking book. Has some minor Marvel chipping and discoloration, but besides that, book looks fantastic and very sharp. Could grade out higher, but I'm being conservative here.
Early FF's are notoriously hard to come by. Guide on this book is $450+
In issue #10 of The Fantastic Four, Lee and Kirby established that the super-family lived in the same New York City that the staff of Marvel Comics did, and that Lee and Kirby themselves were producing the comic as a kind of newsletter, recounting the team's real adventures
Price $300 SOLD
Fantastic Four #57 VF+ classic SA Kirby Doom/Surfer cover. The second Fantastic Four movie was based on this comic (Doom stealing the power cosmic from Silver Surfer). It's my personal favorite Silver Age issue...best Kirby/Lee story/art ever. I had this VF+ for a long time, one of the first "expensive" books I ever bought and I'm asking exaclty what I paid for it over 6 years ago. Issue #57 is one of the hardest SA FF books to find in higher grade

Incredible Hulk 181 VG. Ok, not strictly an X-men book, but this is one of the most desired X-related books that most X-men collectors, heck even most comics comic collectors want. The Number one key of the last 40 years without a doubt because of the First Wolverine appearance..THE key of the Bronze Age. Very nice colours on this one, typical creases and niggles take it down to the VG range. Nice and affordable.
Foto was taken while book was still in the bag, colours are a lot deeper than what you see and the light patches are scanner artifacts.
Price $275SOLD
