I am Suzanna Craven Walker.

His life journey on Planet Earth spanned 82 years. During that time he married 4 times, had 4 children and adopted a son. He had numerous jobs, companies and projects. He served his country in the war in the RAF. He invented the Astro/Lava Lamp.

 

He made 3 Naturist films:

• Travelling Light
• Sunswept
• Eves on Skis

He created a Naturist Club...BDOC
He did many ‘First’s’, these are some I know of...

• First Holiday Centre in the UK for Naturists,First Indoor Naturist Complex
• First Naturist Wedding Licence
• First Naturist Wedding (his own!)

He was on many TV and radio programmes and was considered to be a pioneer for Naturism and Studland Naturist Beach. There are very many Press Articles on him, his lamps and his Club. When he died in my arms on 15 August 2000, I was astounded at the Obituaries I received and saw in the Press.

Through his Lamps he reached out and touched millions of lives. Through his love of the Naturist Way of Life he changed thousands of lives.
