3rd European Handcuff Convention
The date for the 'Third European Handcuff Convention' is set on October 2nd 2010. The location is the same as last time : the International Presscentre on the marketplace of Antwerp, Belgium. We have a larger room than the one of the 2008 edition.

14:00                Lecture on 'Finnish handcuffs and other rare restraints' by Lars Holst

There will probably be an informal dinner on Friday evening.

Registration-fee will be 40 euros (50 euros for a couple). This includes lunch, coffee, tea and cold beverages during the convention.
