Airport of Almeria  or Alicante. We can arrange pick-up by the caretaker but hiring a car will not cost much more.         
From  Almeria: At the airport take the route for Murcia and follow this road for  +/- 60km. Leave at sign 520 (TURE) . After +/- 300m you reach a 4-lane road. Continue. This brings you along the highway you just left. After about 4km follow direction Mojacar.  8Km's further  you will reach the coast. Continue for  25km's to reach the village of San Juan de los Terreros. Take left at the sign for Pulpi - 300m further Las Mimosas is on the right side.
From Alicante: A7 Murcia - E15 Almeria & Granada. Turnoff Lorca/Aguilas. Be careful to take the 3rd turnoff for Lorca (after a tunnel). This makes you avoid the city of Lorca. Follow Aguilas  (30km) till you reach a big roundabout just before Aguilas. Here you take the direction Vera . After 10km (a dangerously winding road) you arrive at San Juan de los Terreros. Nearly at the end of the village, take the road to Pulpi on your right, 300m further, again on your right, you will see Las Mimosas.
