Insurance: The organisers decline all responsibility for theft and damage to the stand, the material or the exhibited parts, caused by third parties or by unforeseen circumstances of any kind. Each participant has the obligation to disconnect the battery(-ies) of his vehicle(s) and to have a fire extinguisher at his stand. The participants are responsible for any accidents that may occur at their stand. The participants are also responsible for all damage of any kind caused to other participants or to materials of the buildings of the lessor.

Special arrangements: If the organisation of the exchange fair is made impossible or if its realisation or execution is hindered, either entirely or partially, for its total duration or part of it, on account of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the participants/exhibitors cannot claim any compensation for loss of profit or reimbursement of amounts already paid. Moreover, the organisers are authorised to alter the regulations with respect to the above-mentioned risks.

Free tickets: Each registered participant whose contribution for participation is smaller than or equals 50 € receives 1 exhibitor’s ticket. Exhibitors whose contribution exceeds 50 € receive 2 exhibitor’s tickets. The tickets should be exchanged for a special exhibitor’s stamp at the entrance. The ticket is therefore reserved for strict personal use, and any fraud or attempted fraud will be penalised accordingly.

Disputes: Participation in the fair implies that the exhibitor agrees with the regulations. Only the courts that have jurisdiction for the district of Brugge (Bruges) can settle disputes, if any.
