Boat Diver
Ideal preparation for holiday diving from boats. You'll learn how to act safely on board, usual procedures concerning equipment stowage, safety equipment on board, and planning dives from a boat. During 2 open water dives you learn the correct ways to enter the water, safely aproaching the boat, exit techniques, and equipment handling on board.

Drift Diver
Like boat dives, drift dives are very popular on holiday destinations. Just float with the current, while the boat follows you! Theory covers planning, surface floats and marker buoys, navigation techniques, and the mechanics of currents. During 2 dives, you learn to achieve neutral buoyancy in a current, navigation, and the use of surface marker buoys.

Dry Suit Diver
Theory about types of dry suits, maintenance and repairs, and special diving techniques. During 2 dives practice of buoyancy, safety measures, skills, and reacting to buoyancy problems. Own dry suit is required! When purchasing a dry suit from us, special conditions are granted when combining with the course!

Multilevel Diver
The technique of extending your dive time by ascending systematically to shallower depths when required or desired, can be performed as well with diving computers as with RDP. Theory about safe planning, use of dive computers, decompression theory, and special circumstances. During the 2 open water dives, you learn to plan and perform multilevel dives with the "Wheel-RDP", and eventually your personal diving computer.

Underwater Naturalist
Theory covers the different life forms and their identification, interaction between divers and nature, and ecosystems. During 2 open water dives, we practice searching and identifying life forms and ecosystems.

Deep Diver
Training for depths up to 40 m! Review of dive tables, special circumstances, safety procedures, and explanation about recompression facilities. During 4 open water dives you learn to safely plan and conduct deep dives, and study effects of increased pressure.

Equipment Specialist
Cleaning and small repairs of several equipment items, followed by a real maintenance.

Ice Diver
Theory session about safe planning, special equipment considerations, marking techniques, safety lines and special procedures. Practical experience during 3 open water dives.

Night Diver
Theory session about planning and conducting night dives, use of torches and signaling, navigation, and nightly underwater life. 3 open water dives with navigation and communication techniques, and night life determination.

Research Diver
Self authored course about oceanography, techniques for population counting and behaviour study, chemical analysis with simple means, and filing and visualizing the results. During 2 open water dives you'll learn to mark research areas and perform population counts, and to take water- and bottom samples at all depths. Followed by a workshop for analysing and filing the results.

Search & Recovery Diver
Search and recovery of small and medium-sized objects (lost diving equipment etc...) up to 40 kg/80 pounds. Theory covers planning, equipment considerations, and research patterns. During 4 open water dives, you get familiarized with 4 different search patterns, the use of lifting devices and surfacing objects.

Underwater Videographer
Theoretical knowledge about basics of videography, behaviour of light underwater, image composition, and diving techniques with a video camera. During 2 open water dives, you'll learn the skills of diving with a camera and taking images, eventually with artificial light.

Enriched Air (Nitrox)
Lowering the nitrogen percentage, by replacing it with higher oxygen concentration, reduces nitrogen absorption by the body, allowing longer diving times. In case of deeper diving on wrecks, or reefs during holiday dives, your actual no-decompression bottom time can be doubled, sometimes up to 90 minutes. Two theory sessions familiarize you with equipment considerations, worldwide nitrox availability, and use of the adapted Recreational Dive Planner. During 2 open water dives you learn the practice of oxygen measuring and planning your dives with surface intervals.

Underwater Navigator
Theory about compass and natural navigation, underwater mapping, and the use of special equipment such as the "Nav Finder". During 3 open water dives you learn to swim complex patterns, mapping areas and using the "Nav Finder'.

Underwater Photographer
Theory about the basic principles of photography, special light circumstances, image composition, and special diving techniques with a camera. During two open water dives you'll learn landscape and close-up photography.

Oxygen Provider
Advanced Oxygen administration in emergencies. Also interesting as a complement to Medic First Aid course. Theory includes physiological approach of oxygen benefit, when and when not to administer oxygen, and several types of oxygen sets. During the practical part, you learn to prepare the set, applying safety measures, the selection of the right type of mask, combination with CPR, and the fully assembly and disassembly of the set.

Fish Identification
Theory about anatomy and determination technics by means of books and aquatic identification slates. 2 open water dives, with description and determination of all fish we meet.

Altitude Diver
Returning to lower atmospheric pressure when diving at altitude, requires knowledge about adapted planning, buoyancy, repetitive dives, and traveling after diving. During 2 dives you learn to deal with these factors, planning safe dives. Specialty offered during eventual club travel to locations above 300 m, or as theory referral for application during personal travel.

Peak Performance Buoyancy
Deals with the "fine art of buoyancy", and is even interesting for the experienced diver, due to the great number of detailed information about all factors influencing your balance. During 2 dives we apply hovering techniques under all circumstances.

Project 'A.W.A.R.E.'
Theoretical course about interaction between diving and the aquatic world, influence of people and industry on the environment, and 'rules of thumb' for aquatic world protection. Ideally combined with the Research Specialty, and also suitable for non-divers.

Full Face Mask Diver
Self-authored course, officially recognized by P.A.D.I., about the use of full face masks. Perfectly adapted to recreational diving, the FFM provides widened angle of view, warmer diving conditions during winter and the possibility of in-built communication systems. Theory about maintenance, different types, small repairs, and safety procedures. One pool dive for skills and safety exercises. Practice of safety exercises and skills during 2 open water dives.

Wreck Diver /Cavern Diver
Exploring wrecks and caverns is very beautiful and exciting when performed under strict safety measures. Because of the actual lack of 100 % safe training environments in our region, we only cover extended theory about planning, special equipment, safety rules and penetration techniques. You'll be provided with a referral form, allowing you to do the open water dives under safe conditions, e.g. in clear and obstacle-free environment during holidays.
