Arkansas High School Football - High school football is an important past time for a lot of folks in the Razorback State. Arkansas high school football is widely followed by students and adults throughout the State of Arkansas, U.S.A. On any given Friday night in the fall throughout the state, families can be seen gathered in stadiums watching Arkansas high school football .
Typical of the Arkansas high school football are the Batesville Pioneers. The Pioneers are a team that boost a roster of 75 players. The varsity team consists of senior, junior and sophomore players. In school after school, Arkansas high school football brings in a similar number of hardcore and enthusiastic participants.
In addition to a full field or players, the team -- like all Arkansas high school football teams -- also sports a significant group of dedicated coaches. The Pioneers have a staff of six coaches leading the team onward and forward.
In addition to a huge Arkansas high school football program running across the state, junior high schools in Arkansas also sport large scale and active football programs. Additionally, many of the high schools in the State of Arkansas offer football camps for younger boys -- and an occasional girl participant -- throughout the year. Summer football camps sponsored by Arkansas high school football programs have become increasingly popular in recent years.
