Accredited by Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Strayer University is dedicated to providing quality higher education programs for working adults. Our programs in information technology, accounting and business provide a solid foundation for your education by including studies in humanities, mathematics, history, government and other courses.
At Strayer University, you can complete a degree or quickly gain marketable skills and specialized knowledge through a six to 12-course certificate or diploma. Many of our programs also provide the background to prepare for professional certification in a wide variety of disciplines.
Strayer University is located on a dozen campuses in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Additionally, the school offers distance learning online.
Post-secondary education is required for jobs in the fastest-growing occupations. While only 26% of the population has at least a bachelor’s degree, nearly 60% of employees in management and related occupations have that level of education. That proportion is likely to increase to more than 70% by 2030. As a consequence of these statistics, Strayer University is dedicated to crafting academic programs that truly prepare students to enter into the workforce in the 21st century.
