The purpose of team coaching is to guide the development of the collective performance in such a way that the effective results of the team are higher than the sum of the results of each individual.

It is about helping a group of individuals (1+1 =2) to function as a team (1+1=3) with a sense of common purpose, a feeling of belonging combining the pleasure of working together.

Coaching management teams.

When coaching is given at this level a tangible, global effect will happen in the whole company and on the specific relationship of the management team with its environment.

Next to the work in the management team itself, the coaching will also focalise on the implementation and guidance of the cultural transformation in running the company at all levels.

Method :

After a thorough analysis of the specific issues of the organization a tailored made program is established honouring the unique needs of your company and matching the culture, the vision and the values.

The interventions can be diverse : outdoor activities where the group is put in specific situation and where feedback is given, trainings, info sessions, workshops, individual sessions, self-assessment moments or a mix of possibilities and adapted tools.
