This kit is currently on my workbench :
LionRoar Models 1/35 German anti-aircraft gun 37mm Flak 43 (kit n° L3505 - Greatway Hobby)
A fantastic neat little kit with truly amazing detail. I'm enjoying every moment of it, although I'm not used to work with PE parts.
Kit consists of wheels in resin, barrel is a beautiful turned one piece, shield is to be constructed from multiple PE parts.
Also 3 sprues of finely detailed plastic parts.
I try to make as many subassemblies instead of following the instruction sheet. That way I can anticipate on problems that may come up while building.
Like smaller parts that tend to break off or get caught by the carpet monster or PE assemblies that might not be strong enough to handle.
Here's part of the shield after folding together with the gun with turned barrel:

Assembly continues with smaller stuff and PE, now it's getting important to study the instructions and boxart for reference.
2 big problems with this kit : finding out where all the small parts and PE go and not loosing any of them to a hungry carpet monster.
Warning: this is not a beginners kit. Some parts are freakin small, actually I feel like a noob myself when I try to bend and manipulate the PE parts.
Some of the initial enthusiasm has taken place for confusion, dissapointment and some swear words. But after putting the kit away and a good night sleep confidence comes back.
