Script Photo Effects for GIMP 2.4

This is a compilation some still usefull scripts of Iccii and some other scripts I 've made myself, all brought together is one script-fu file.
In my own scripts I've made use of some my Gimpressionist presets.  They should also be installed.

What's in it

1. Some photo effects by Iccii

Some years ago Iccii   has written many scripts for The GIMP to simulate the filtersets of other programs.
This download (juli 2007) contains adapted versions for use in GIMP2.
Here you can have a look at the results.

The scripts are fully functional and reliable, and can also be used on selections, but sometimes you must regard that the layer on which you use them, must have the same size as the image (wich rarely may be a problem).

Other great news
There is also a version of the script Layer effects for GIMP2
That is a separate download

2. Some of my own scripts

My favourite scripts of Iccii are Pastel and Waterpaint.
I amuse myself by converting photo's into (a simulation of) artwork.  Strangly in The Gimp there are no filters in the Artistic section, so ...

In the past I have played around a lot with the Gimpressionist filter and I've made a series of presets that seemed to be more usefull (although less impressive) than the ones that are shipped with it.  I've made use of some of my Gimpressionist presets in these scripts, so the scripts won't work if you haven't installed the presets as well. (Note: the graphite2 preset is not made by me, I've found it on Gimptalk).  See some pictures made with the presets here

All of my scripts can be used on selections.

HINT: one filter never gives a perfect result. you must combine and adjust until you have the result you want.

Questions

Learning how to use these
Trial and error, but it's all quite obvious.
The automatic linking of the layers can be put off in the dialogs

The Iccii-scripts have recently also been recycled by people in Japan.
