Class descriptions

Energise and relax, while toning your body with an enjoyable workout!

All mat classes are classical style Pilates sessions. A set of original exercises is performed while the student advances smoothly from one movement to another. Simple and clear instructions allow students to concentrate on just one or two things and still participate fully and benefit from the dynamic chain of movements.

In the course of your sessions, you acquire correct breathing, control and precision of movement, stretching and strengthening and gain stamina.

You learn through movement and your body changes as a result.

All fitness levels welcome.

 

Small group classes

Fully enjoy Pilates in a small group

The group beginner mat classes are all small group classes, with 4 to 6 participants. In a small group you will still receive ample and personalised attention from your instructor while enjoying the exercising together with others.

Private and semi-private

Personalised at your convenience

A private session is a unique one-to-one experience where you will benefit from the undivided attention of your instructor throughout. A semi-private session can be a duet or a trio where you bring one or two friends to exercise together in a comfortable atmosphere.

Private and semi-private sessions can be scheduled at a time and place convenient for you and the classes are customised to your needs. You will progress more quickly than in a larger group and reach your personal goals.

Feel Good @ Work

Energise at lunch break

Avoid the early afternoon dip – energise with a Pilates lunch break.

The Feel Good at work Pilates sessions are all tailor made to suit your company’s needs. Lunch break sessions can be full sessions of up to an hour or express
energising sessions of 30 minutes to suit your lunch break times.
