I appreciate the small friendly class. It is not competitive and caters for all abilities. My back feels stronger and my stomach is really toning up. Susie D.

The classes made me feel
relaxed. I enjoyed it – and some who saw me right after one of the classes
commented on how slim I looked and that I’d lost my “baby weight” – which
probably says something about my posture straight after the class! ~
I really enjoy the classes and afterwards I always feel more energetic. I have become more aware of my posture, trying not to slouch or overstretch my back which has helped me with my back problems. Sarah L.

are really good at this. I absolutely enjoyed the exercises. They worked better
for me than other Pilates classes I have taken – I'm not being flattering – I
