Welcome to this new adventure that we want to share with you. Already for a while we felt the need for something to complement the treatments we offer in the practice, something to take you and us to a next level in the search of the essence of the art of living. We have designed this 3-day retreat with all our heart, to allow stillness and unity to grow in the participants. Several complementing aspects, like the place and the food, will help us during our adventure. Yoga, which can be translated as ‘unity’, is a millenary technology that helps people to recover their nature. In the words of Sri Anirvan: there is no better yoga than to be perfectly natural. This is very close to the line of thinking in Osteopathy. So we'll profit of this ancient wisdom to strengthen the contact with our Self. In our way of life there are so many stimuli that very often we feel detached from ourselves, we are a bit ‘lost’. This can have effects in the form of doing a job we don't believe in and not knowing what to do instead, or in common symptoms like feeling like a foreigner in our own body or to our own breathing; or feeling tired without a reason. The different components of yoga (like the poses, the meditation, the attention on the breathing, ...) are used to retrace this lost unity and to help us to build a bridge to our Self again. In this way our thoughts, feelings, communication and actions can become one again. This provides us with a lot of energy, joy and sense of balance and authenticity. It can feel like coming home. It is our right to health.

This ideal sensation can be often experienced after several days of intense yoga practice, and this is a great present we give to ourselves. It’s like a reference of ‘normal’ for the body and the mind. And that's probably all we need: a reference, a memory of a feeling, knowing where and how to walk along our unique path in this life. We invite you to share these days together with the group. Bring your presence, attention and openness. Retreat from what you know and allow something to move in you... Feeling inside.
