Project Development & Support
Our motto:
Helping projects work for a sustainable and equitable world
About this service
It takes much time and resources to develop projects from scratch. Activities such as proposal writing and fundraising absorb precious resources. Yet, the results are often disappointing. Project proposals are frequently rejected by potential donor organizations. In addition, activities such as project administration and management, require specialized skills and knowledge. For optimal results, specialized staff should be contracted. But, in reality, many organizations cannot afford to do that and thus have to compromise on quality.
For who?
Particularly smaller organizations in development countries experience difficulties with project organization. With their limited budgets, rejection of good proposals by potential donor organizations is felt much harder. Also, hiring specialized staff is more difficult. For help,
private project initiators, NGO's and other smaller organizations around the world have found their way to FSG.
