Hopla contains the oldest PRINCE VAILLANT publication in France. Our hero appears in this magazine in 1937 for the first time.
There were 132 numbers printed of Hopla between 1937 and 1940 by Opéra Mundi.
This last publisher was offcourse one of the biggest distributers of PV material in later years.
The magazine has 8 pages, except for numbers 53-94 which has 12. Printed on a 27,5 * 37,5 format in later numbers.
Value must be high, I guess around 25 Euro per issue. The picture is of issue 1, with Popeye on the frontcover.
