Hal Foster signature card; With 24 karat Gold signature, only 500 produced. Produced in 1994 by Comic images.
Trading Cards; This is a completeset of PRINCE VALIANT trading cards. This set consists of 90 cards in all, and was produced in 1995 by Comic Images. This set pays homage to Hal Foster's newspaper comic *Prince Valiant*. Card fronts offer examples of some of the legendary artwork that has been admired over the years, as well as new art from the Marvel comic book. Card backs provide interesting text about Foster and the comic. There was also a advertisement poster for these cards.
Chromium insert card set;This is a complete set of 6 mint condition insert cards from PRINCE VALIANT Collector Cards (Comic Images/1995). Inserts from this CHROMIUM SET were randomly inserted into packs and this set consists of 6 cards in all, Numbered #C1-C6.
Postcards; 30 POSTCARDS made in 1997 by Stewart. See picture two of an example of a card. Picture one is the cover of this postcard-size book.
Magic the Gathering . For those of you who don't know what Magic the Gathering is, it's a card game based on fantasy and real figures. There are 3 different cards which have something to do with Valiant. These are collector cards. Christmas cards;Hal Foster did draw several christmas cards. Most of them are reprinted in Resource books (see the seperate chapter), but most of the time these are in black and white. Below you will find some of these cards, in color. Printed in 1958 by KFS. You will also see a picture of the 1951 box. This box contained 16 cards (not all PV).
Cards from Spain; Spanish playing cards. Printed by Fournier in 1991. Based on the TV cartoon series.
More Cards from Spain; Spanish playing cards. Printed by Fournier in 1978. Cards are size 4 *6,5 cm (small!). 24 cards in total, in groups of 4 cards and in 6 families (el Principe, Aleta, Arturo, Merlin, Gawain y Boltar). Plus instruction card.
Cards from Sweden; This card is from a serie of Comic hero cards from Sweden. Card 145, 146 and 147 are PV.
Art Cards from the US; Michael Kaluta is the artist that made the front covers of the 4 Marvel Prince Valiant covers. See elsewhere at this site. He is also the creator of some 'art cards' series. His serie 2, published in 1995, contains one card (Card nr 55 out of 90) with Prince Valiant. Its actualy the cover of the 4th Marvel book! The cards are in the size of 6,4x8,8 cm and printed on both sites. One sites has the art work, the other site some text.
