‘’t Zinneke’ – No 7083 (Vandenbussche) Single. Upright/Trailer. COROLLA: quarter flared, turned under wavy petal margins; opens reddish purple (71B); matures reddish purple (67A); 6mm (1/4”) long x 4mm (1/8”) wide. SEPALS: half up, tips recurved up; olive green (148A) upper surface; light green (143C) & orangish brown (174A) lower surface; 16mm (5/8”) long x 6mm (1/4”) wide. TUBE: white (153B); medium length & thickness; 13mm (1/2”) long x 6mm (1/4”) wide. STAMENS extend 2mm (1/16”) beyond the corolla; coral (39B) filaments; purple (71A) anthers. PISTIL extends 6mm (1/4”) beyond the corolla; light orange (41C) style; light green (143C) stigma. BUD: elongated. FOLIAGE: dark green (139A) upper surface; medium green (137D) lower surface. Leaves are 41mm (1 5/8”) long x 28mm (1 1/8”) wide; ovate shaped, serrulate edges, acute tips, rounded bases. Veins are light olive green (147C), stems are light olive green (148B), branches are brown (177B). PARENTAGE: ‘WALZ Polka’ x F. procumbens. Lax upright or stiff trailer. Self branching. Makes good basket. Prefers overhead filtered light or full sun, cool climate. Best bloom & foliage color in filtered light. Tested 4 years in Londerzeel, Belgium. Waanrode 8/9/08.
