BKS - The first 10 years

Brochure issued in 1965 commemorating the first 10 years of airline service following the start in 1955.

G-AZNC

British Midland Viscount G-AZNC overflying the A657 while landing on runway 33 before the extension.

C-FFUN, B.747

Wardair had the distinction of having the first B.747 at LBA in 1982.

Concorde

Always pulling enormous crowds, Concorde is seen here in the mid-80s.

Now defunct, Orion's B.737s were a common sight at LBA
