When it depends on Pierre Mathot, the business manager of the Société Fermière Rochefort-Ardenne, and abbot Jacques Emmanuel of the Rochefort abbey, the next time you think of Rochefort, you may not forget the butter and the cheese, yes even the confiture and the bread.
