Staf Aarts werd geboren op 27-2-1966 en is sinds 1991 gehuwd met Els Mijnendonckx. Ze hebben een zoon (Bram) en een dochter (Kaat). Van beroep is Staf Aarts garagist te Retie (B). Zijn hobbies hebben natuurlijk als rode draad auto´s. Autosport (zowel aktief als passief), Lezen (alles wat met autosport te maken heeft) en Ferrari (alles behalve een echte). Maar ook op een racefiets kan Staf best uit de voeten.
