24/05/05 - Gelukkig vonden we Big Dave

"Message to the Duvel
Blues festival.
On the evening of May
18 Carey Bell was admitted into Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte,
NC having difficulty breathing and dizziness. Despite good treatment
and the removal of fluid in his lungs Carey's diagnosis still is not
complete. Although Carey was expected to be released from the
hospital on Saturday, May 21 he remains in the hospital undergoing
additional treatment. He had not missed any performances prior to
the sudden onset of his ailment and we expect him to return to
performing very shortly..." |
