DESCRIPTION

The apartment is situated on the fifth and sixth floors of the Hamilton residence.

On the fifth floor you'll find a bathroom, a shed with laundry machine, a fully completed kitchen (with electrical boiling plate, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher), and a large living room. In the living room you'll find a dining corner (retractable table with 6 chairs) and a sitting corner (drawing-room with a triple sitter, double sitter, relaxing chair, TV and stereo).

There are two terraces (one at the front side, and one at the back side).
On these terraces, garden furniture is provided, as well as a lying chair.

An open staircase leads you from the living room to the upper floor, where you'll find a bathroom, a seperate restroom and two bedrooms. The bed room in the front has a bed of 1.80 metres wide, and spacious made-in closets. The bed room in the back has two beds of 90 cm and the same spacious made-in closets. In the bath room, you'll find a sink and a lying bath / shower combination.

The apartment has central heating with an individual gas kettle.
