Initially in the (petro-)chemical industry responsible for the more technical aspects of projects (compliance with specifications, adherence to schedules).

Presently, after completing an MBA in 1997, focusing on the supervisory and administrative aspects of project management (i.e. monitoring, liaison, reporting, team co-ordination and motivation, as well as contractual, financial, and legal issues) initially in Belgium, lately with International Agencies in Kosovo.
