FATAL RECOIL

FATAL RECOIL is a six-piece deathcore band from the town of Ieper itself. The band was conceived in October 2003, bringing an energetic mix of death metal and hardcore. After some line-up struggles FATAL RECOIL recorded a demo CDR in April 2005. It sold out in no time and plans were made for new recordings. In summer 2006 the youngsters recorded some promo songs and during September / October 2006 their debut MCD was recorded at the infamous CCR studio and it has been available through the “Rotten to the Core” label for some months now. FATAL RECOIL’s malicious deathcore consists of heavy death metal influenced riffs, blunt hardcore influenced breakdowns, lots of double bass drumming and an evil death grunt that has some kind of old school feeling to it.
