the MAPLE ROOM

The MAPLE ROOM is a Belgian band (Hageland area) that started out in the summer of 2003. They deliver an unseen mix of heartfelt melodies, groundbreaking mosh parts and an all out intensity put in a blender and blasted out with a passion rarely seen. This mix makes the band extremely popular among the kids. In 2005 they released their first full-length ‘Uncover Everyone’. Despite clearly hearable FROM AUTUMN TO ASHES, FINCH, etc. influences, they already developed a sound of their own. Second full-length ‘A Glimpse Of The Inside’ was released in June 2007 on Funtime records. After being on fests like Pukkelpop, Graspop and Groezrock, they will now climb the Ieperfest stage for the second time. Expect heavy emotions, passionate singing and a great amount of rock and mosh.
