ABORTED (BE)

Belgium’s biggest, best and by far most brutal death metal act ABORTED are back on Ieperfest for the third time! Latest album “Strychnine 213” launched them to the top of their league, sending them on tours all over Europe, America and Australia! Of the 5 original members that founded ABORTED in 2005, only vocalist Svencho still remains. The band seems to have a never ending source of creativity, as they have released 5 full-length studio albums over the last 10 years: “The Necrotorous Chronicles” (1998 – Uxicon Rcs.), “Engineering The Dead” (2001 – Listenable Rcs.), “Archaic Abattoir” (2005 – Listenable Rcs.), “Slaughter and Apparatus: A Methodical Overture” (2006 – Century Media Rcs.) and, the latest, “Strychnine 213”, also on Century Media Rcs. The band is currently writing a brand new full-length album, which is to be released in 2010! Proud to have them as one of the main acts on Sunday August 30th!
