• Fusion kitchen is a new name for mixing eastern en western kitchen.  Originally, it aroused in Australia and America.  Typically Eastern - Italian. So fits perfect in my favourite style.

Semi-Fusion dishes

This is dedicated to European combo's

• Salmon

Although Salmon is available from different country's over Europe, I am in favour of the Norwegian one, West-Coast in particular (Bergen).

They have Smoked Salmon, Smoked Trout and the famous "Gravit laks".

• Smoked Salmon roll's with omelette
• Smoked Salmon with asparagus, on a bed of shell pasta.

Fusion dishes

Tried:

• spicy maccheroni al ferretto with scampi
• In dark sojasaus and thyme honey marinade duck breast, with millefeuille of eastern and western tastes. (to be added soon)
