January the 4th of this year I ordered PowerDVD 11. After two times that the orderingprogram refused to work, I finaly got the serial number and my invoice (see inclosure).
A month later I received a list of my expenses with Mastercard and there was transferred three times an amount of 61,96 € or $78,72 (see enclosure).
After a mail to Cyberlink they let me know that they should give a refund.

We are now april the 11th and Cyberlink still did not pay me back. Legally Cyberlink got a undue payment and the firm refuses to give a refund. Doing bussiness with Cyberlink is thus not recommended.

We are now may the 9th and Cyberlink still did not pay me back after a lot of e-mails.
Again they promissed me to give a refund, but they don't. Cyberlink is doing real maffia-bussiness.
BEWARE OF CYBERLINK!!!
