Update 26-april-2005 Construction of the frame with alu tubes of
19mm, inserts 16mm minus 0.2mm and all with a wall of 1.5mm !! It worked out reasonable well altough I had a few
snaps in the hdpe sections which worked not so good , I did a repair like
mentioned in the site of Tom Yost!! Hope to finish the frame this weekend , the stern
and bow plates needs to be made and I chose the system with alu brackets!! Already looks like a nice kajak!! regards Jos |
