, I could find back the report of the Archeological mission on
which the book of Prof. de Mahieu, L’Agonie du Dieu Soleil” was based.

of Cerro Polilla, the report give additional runes images, and also runes found

Remark :
Also a remarkable set of
inscriptions was found at Cerro Morotti :
Paragraph out of Archeological report, of
Argentinas Archeological Mission in Paraguay
by Prof. de Mahieu in 1972 .
Salvo
la ultima, que parece representar a
un jinete, estas figuras son
idéntîcas a los caracteres
ideograficos de los rongo-rongo de la
isla de Pascua. El primer dibujo de la serie, el
de arriba, es un
hombre-pájaro, imposible de
confundir. “
(Unfortunately only of the Skandinavian Runes, fotos were token.)

The Rongo-Rongo script was used on the
islands of the Pacific. This shows pre-Inca or Inca contacts.
Remarkable : this script was also used in the pre-India culture of
Harappa , major town Mohendjadaro,
is antipodal to Eastern island. See the possible ancient worldmap by
archaeoastronomer Lacroix :
http://www.ancientcartography.net/geoAN.html
Below comparison of pre-India script and Pacific Islands :

The Harappa culture today seems to have no bottom time line. Nobody knows:
-8000 , -12000 ?
Concentric
rings seems also represented on worldwide coaststones, completed with very
ancient Indian scripture.
In
his book “1421” , Chinese explorations, Menzies describe those remarkable
points :
Worldwide coast stones-petroglyps
( + ancient indian texts )
Tamil/ Indian world wide coast
stones : marked by concentric circles
Locations
and description given in book “1421” of Gavin Menzies , no pictures of texts or stones in
book or corresponding website
- New Sealand :
Ruapuke : sunken ship , ship bell called the Colenso (finder) bell ( tamil inscription , captain name Mohaideen Baksh ) , coast stone (tamil inscriptions + concentric circles)
- Africa/Zaire :
Matadi
(called anciently Garbin ?) : coast stone (perhaps tamil inscriptions,
later declared probably malayalam - like (Kerala)), concentric circles not
mentioned or not present?)
- Atlantic / Cap Verdian Island :
Janela : coast stone (perhaps tamil inscriptions, later declared probably Malayalam - like + concentric circles )
-South America ( until Patagonia) : research
for coast stones :
Concentric circles : Santa Catarina , Islands Koral , Campeche , Arrado ( no text mentioned or found?)
-North America / Massasuchets
Newport/
Perry Point : coast stone similar Janela and Matadi , called the Dighton Rock +
12 stones over the whole state inland , one with Yoga sitting figure , same
stone structure and fixing substones techniques as Janela, Matadi, Ruapuke !)
-South China
Po Ti (
Hong Kong) , Wangchuk Ha , and Chang Zhau : author mentions :
same
calligraphic signs
Was the Pacific way to South
America already used millennia , first by pre-Indias Harappas culture, later
by the India classic Civilization ? Interesting study on this aspect may
also be found on :
http://www.hinduwisdom.info/Pacific.htm
You can also discover so a Mayan Temple with Maya time carvings on Java!
