The connector CN2 is for stereo sound.  A jumper near the amp must be moved to the stereo setting for stereo sound.

CN2 pin 1 is L speaker (+)
CN2 pin 2 is L speaker (-)
CN2 pin 3 is R speaker (-)
CN2 pin 4 is R speaker (+)
